One mile run in memory of Lauren Bump

Just finished the one mile run in memory of Lauren Bump who was murdered New Years eve at O.P. Schnabel park in San Antonio, Texas (info http://www.expressnews.com/news/local/article/Friends-runners-shaken-by-park-slaying-5112819.php#/5). A great turn out about 75-100 runners. The family was there and we held our arms out in prayer. What an emotional morning! Enjoy each and every day you have on this Earth and keep God close to you. Don't fret on the small stuff and Love your neighbor as you would yourself! God Bless you all!
