Today's Run

It was hot.. I left at 12 to uphold my promise to be at Canyon Golf and Stone Oak by 12:30 I was a few minutes late blame that on my initial tunes I decided to listen too (workout anthems) could not bare to listen anymore and had to stop to change back to Christian music. Ran into a friend from Cornerstone church at mile 5 that asked me to pray for their son and laws brother in North Dakota so if you don't mind please say a prayer for him.  Other than that no other major happenings out there today. Most probably think I'm crazy running in the heat but I am trained for it. I've been running 10 miles just about everyday while carrying the Cross and American flag this month I have over 270 miles. God has gifted me with this strength as I could not do it on my own will power. Yall have a blessed Saturday night.
