A great morning at Cornerstone Church at the Shepherd Warrior Men's Discipleship Group meeting!  

Define Christianese:

1. Christianese (or Christianeze) refers to the contained terms and jargon used within many of the branches and denominations of Christianity as a functional system of religious terminology.
2. Examples such as covered in the blood - Are you sanctified, blessed, and highly favored...
3. Faith is a gift of God NOT works...  Abram was a Babylonian...
4. Faith must be received - you must accept it...Don't receive things blindly - make sure what you do lines up with Gods will...We are saved by faith..  Being purely selfish is not of God..  God can strip you of your works if you do not use them to honor him...  God said I don't need you - we need God as he knows what to do...  God partners with us...  Ask God to use you and prepare for it...  God wants your faith to be full...  Worst sin is pride - be humble...  Seek God first as his grace is sufficient...
